Delivery & Returns

The Premier Storage Products Limited Standard Free Delivery service is available in mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland, and is free of charge. (For delivery supplements to other UK and European destinations please contact us)

1. Delivery - Our aim at Premier Storage Products Limited is to provide you the customer with quality products, at competitive prices, with delivery options to suit your needs.

Our delivery options are as follows;

Option A - Premier Storage Products Limited Standard Free Delivery

Option B - Premier Storage Products Limited Rapidflex Delivery (a customised delivery service, price supplement)

Option C - Premier Storage Products Limited Express Next Day Delivery (available on selected product lines, price supplement)

1.1 The Premier Storage Products Limited Standard Free Delivery service is available in mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland, and is free of charge. (For delivery supplements to other UK and European destinations please contact us). We will contact you by email within 3 working days of your confirmed order and or payment with a proposed delivery date. If this delivery date is not acceptable, you must notify us within 2 working days to enable us to arrange a revised delivery. We will then contact you by email to confirm the revised delivery date, giving you a minimum of 2 working days’ notice. With Standard Delivery, your order will normally be delivered within 10 to 21 working days. Your delivery time slot will always be between 8.00am and 2.00pm on the appointed day.

1.2 Our Rapidflex Delivery service is a customised delivery service, which is not available to purchase through our website. Delivery times vary depending on the product. To arrange your Rapidflex Delivery, please contact us to place your order for Rapidflex delivery products, and a member of our sales team will liaise with you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date and time.  All of the Premier Storage Products Limited range is eligible for Rapidflex Delivery (subject to product availability)

1.3 For urgent product requirements, see our next day delivery section, which contains a limited selection of products ready packaged for immediate despatch. If the product you require urgently is not in our Next Day Delivery Section, then please refer to our Rapidflex Delivery Section above. Your Express Next Day Delivery time slot will always be between 8.00am and 2.00pm. Express Next Day delivery items must be ordered before 10.00 am (week days only, excludes bank holidays) and is only available in mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland.

1.4 Occasionally, the estimated delivery date is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee that delivery will take place on the day which we have said and all our lead times remain as typical.

1.5 Whilst all care is taken to deliver within set time please note, we are still in the hands of the delivery companies and the information you have input into the site when ordering. For all customers taking their purchases further abroad please note this is done at your own risk and your warranty will be affected.

1.6 If ordering out of office hours please take the next office day as the start time for any delivery time estimates. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6.30pm.

1.7 We may use independent companies with a proven reputation for deliveries, but cannot be held responsible for any damage they may cause delivering goods. Risk shall pass to you to check items on delivery, as we check all are in good order as they leave our warehouses. Please reject delivery if substandard and inform us immediately in writing.

1.8 We only deliver to areas mentioned above, however please note goods taken abroad, your warranty will be affected, but we will try and assist if at all possible.

1.9 Important Notes

It is essential that we have your correct contact details, so that we can confirm delivery time and date with you.

If you are unable to accept delivery of your purchase within the appointed time frame, a re-delivery cost will be applied

2 Order Cancellation & Returns

2.1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

2.1.1 We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

2.1.2 We do not deliver to your area; or

2.1.3 One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

2.2 In the event of a cancellation, if you have received the goods before you cancel your contract, then you must send the goods back to the given contact address at your own cost and risk. (Please note that a re-stocking charge will also be applied) If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you, and you must send the goods back to us at  your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

2.3 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of return of goods provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods dispatched to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

2.4 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

2.5 For all orders, please note that refunds will not include any delivery charges incurred when your order was first sent to you or when you returned it. If we arrange collection, then the costs of collection will be treated as your costs of return and will be deducted from the price you first paid when calculating the refund you are due. Normal delivery terms (see above) apply to goods sent out in exchange.

2.6 In all cases normal delivery terms (see above) apply to goods sent out in exchange.

2.7 You have the right to cancel within 18 hours of your contract with us (Excludes next day delivery items). However, a 35% restocking fee will apply dependant on a case by case basis.

2.8 In the event of a custom made product or non-stock item, cancellations will only be accepted 18 hours after the order has been processed, after this time we are unable to accept cancellations.

2.9 All cancellations must be made in writing.
