This substantial, architect designed shelter stores your bikes in one of most popular shelters. This shelter looks good in all locations and environments. Chosen by London City Airport, amongst many others, to look good enough to have directly outside their main premises.

One advantage of this shelter is that it allows access to the bikes from all sides, and ideally suited to courtyards or where the shelter is to be placed away from a wall or building.

The shelter roof size itself is 12m x 4m.  The large roof gives the cycles loads of coverage from the elements, yet it only has a small footprint on the ground making access to bikes very easy.

The sheffield cycle racks are included in the price and will comfortably store 60 bikes. The racks will be painted in same colour as shelter (or you can choose contrasting colour if required?)

Returns Policy

1. Goods

1.1 The goods shall be supplied in accordance with the description contained in this website.

1.2 The seller may refuse to accept an order if the manufacturer ceases to produce the goods ordered.

1.3 If Premier Storage Products Limited are not able to deliver part of the goods order, it may deliver the remaining goods and refund the difference in price unless the buyer expressly states in writing at the time of the order that part delivery of the goods will not be accepted.

2. Acceptance of the Goods

2.1 The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods [24 hours] after delivery to the buyer.

2.2 After acceptance, the buyer shall not be entitled to reject the goods which are not in accordance with the contract.

2.3 The buyer may by notice to the seller prior to acceptance reject any of the goods which are not in accordance with the contract and the buyer may return any such goods at any time up to [14] days after delivery.

2.4 No goods delivered to the buyer which are in accordance with the contract will be accepted for return without the prior written approval of Premier Storage Products Limited on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of Premier Storage Products Limited.

2.5 If Premier Storage Products Limited agree to accept any goods for return, the buyer shall be liable to pay the handling charge. Such goods must be returned by the buyer, carriage paid to Premier Storage Products Limited, in their original packaging.

2.6 Goods returned without the prior written approval of Premier Storage Products Limited may at its absolute discretion be returned to the buyer or sold without having to account to the buyer for the net proceeds of sale.

Delivery Policy

Pre-Delivery

How long will I have to wait for my goods to be delivered?
Premier Storage Products Limited aims to process and despatch an order as soon as possible. Goods are usually made to order so you should take into account a lead-time of approx. 3 weeks from placement of your order. We will however send you an email (if an email address is given) to inform you of when your goods has been despatched and when it will be delivered.

Can you give me an estimated time for delivery?
Owing to the unpredictable nature of courier deliveries we're unable to offer any indication of what time your goods will be delivered. The reason behind this is that drivers' schedules change constantly throughout the day due to traffic and other circumstances beyond their control.

Can you deliver to offshore areas?
Premier Storage Products Limited's goods deliveries extend to areas beyond the UK's mainland, including Northern and Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Shetlands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Delivery prices are subject to a surcharge and you will be informed of them at point of purchase.

Can Premier Storage Products Limited deliver my goods to a different address from that listed on the invoice?
Yes we deliver goods to a separate address; we do however require a landline number to be provided in order for us to confirm the delivery details.

Does Premier Storage Products Limited deliver to homes?
We can deliver to homes and businesses. Goods will need a signature unless you have requested them to be left somewhere else.

Are there any delivery restrictions?

We can only deliver to the premises door excluding any steps/staircases & lifts
We cannot deliver to PO boxes
A lot of our deliveries are sent on pallets, please advise at time of ordering if a pallet cannot be accepted
Pallet deliveries are a kerb side delivery service and the driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property. The delivery driver will be able to wheel the pallet truck as far as possible but is not able to remove the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away. Whilst the delivery drivers are instructed not to take their vehicle off the roadway to make deliveries, the driver will make every effort with your delivery to meet your requirements.

I have some damages with my delivery, what do I do?
In the unfortunate event of there being damage upon delivery, make a note on the driver's delivery note and contact us so we can send out replacements. If the goods delivery is damaged severely please reject delivery, contact us and we can send out replacements as soon as possible.

Can I return my goods items?
On the off chance the goods or storage products are not to your liking then it is possible for you to return them.
You have the right to cancel the contract upon notice and return the Goods to us (at your expense) to our address for service within seven working days starting the day after delivery.

You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.

    We will immediately arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers.
    Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier.
    We will then despatch a replacement or process a refund as appropriate.
    Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

Official orders can be emailed to sales@premiershelter.co.uk. An invoice will then be sent to you with our BACS details for payment.
